The Planning Board re-appointed the following professionals for 2009:

At the January 27, 2009 Planning Board Meeting:

Applicant: Foxmoor at Absecon Corp.

Application: Preliminary Site Plan with variances.

Location: 608 Pitney Road

Granted Preliminary Site Plan approval with conditions

Conditions included: payment of Taxes, providing detailed site enginering plans, providing affordable housing units or in lieu thereof provide a contribution towards future infrastructure, such as the pedestrian bridge over Route 30 in the Train Station Overlay Area.
